Lead Times
Most of our pieces are made to order, crafted with care and your personal touches in mind. Typical
production and delivery times range from 3–10 weeks.
While we strive to provide accurate lead times, unexpected delays may occur. Rest assured, we’re
always working behind the scenes to get your order to you as swiftly as possible.
Shipping
Global Reach, Complimentary U.S. Shipping

- Standard U.S. orders ship free of charge.
- White Glove and Premium White Glove delivery options are available at checkout.

Furniture items are generally shipped within 1–4 weeks from the processing date,
depending on production timelines.
Delivery Options
Curbside Drop-Off (Default)
Our standard delivery method. The carrier will unload your item(s) to the ground at your curb,
driveway, or loading area within a scheduled four-hour window.
White Glove Delivery
This upgraded service includes:
- Unloading your item(s) from the truck
- Placement in your chosen room
Premium White Glove Delivery
Our most comprehensive service includes:
- Unloading your item(s) from the truck
- Placement in your chosen room
- Full assembly of item(s)
- Removal of all packaging and debris
Note: If no delivery option is selected at checkout, your order will default to
curbside drop-off.
Delivery Scheduling
For most deliveries, our carrier will contact you to arrange a convenient drop-off date and
four-hour window. Appointments are typically scheduled 24–48 hours in advance.
If you need us to hold your delivery for any reason, just let us know — we’re happy to accommodate.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your furniture thoroughly at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage or are
unsatisfied for any reason, do not proceed with installation and keep all original
packaging. Contact us immediately at
support@urbanashramhome.com.
While damages during transit or manufacturing defects are rare, we’re here to make it right if they
do occur.
Our Commitment to You
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, we will prioritize sending you a replacement as soon as
possible. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
How to Report an Issue
- Inspect your items thoroughly upon delivery.
- Document any damages or defects (photos are highly recommended).
- Note any issues on the delivery documents provided by the carrier.
