Cancellation & Return Policy
At Urban Ashram Home, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you need to cancel or return your order, please review the following policies:
1. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

2. Cancellations After 48 Hours
if a cancellation request is made after 48 hours, the order will proceed to shipment.
Refunds will still be issued before delivery is completed, but may be subject to a processing fee to cover administrative and handling costs.
3. Return Processing After the Cancellation Window
If the cancellation window has passed, returns will be processed once the shipment is ready for delivery.
Customers who wish to return an item must refuse the delivery upon arrival.
Once the item is returned to our facility, a refund will be processed, minus any applicable fees.
4. Non-Cancellable & Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items cannot be canceled or returned after the 48-hour window unless specified otherwise.
Once production has begun, cancellations and returns will not be accepted except in cases of transit damage or manufacturer defects.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on order status, payment method, and bank processing times.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
