We want you to truly love every piece you bring into your Urban Ashram Home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. We offer a 60-day no-hassle return policy on eligible items.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 60 days of delivery.
  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Start a Return

  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@urbanashramhome.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once approved, our team will provide return instructions and either issue a return label or arrange a pickup, depending on the item.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 14–21 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom or made-to-order furniture or décor (unless defective upon arrival)

6. Damaged Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist you quickly.
