Lead Times

Many of our pieces are made to order, crafted with care and often customized to your vision.

  • Typical production & delivery: 3–10 weeks
  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–7 business days.
  • Furniture items: Generally ship within 1–4 weeks after processing, depending on production timelines.

Please note: While we work diligently to honor estimated lead times, unforeseen circumstances (such as shipping delays, supply chain interruptions, or customs holds) may occasionally occur. Rest assured—your order is always our highest priority, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

  • We proudly ship worldwide.
  • Standard U.S. shipping is always complimentary.
  • White Glove and Premium White Glove delivery services are available at checkout.
  • Expedited shipping may be available upon request—please email orders@urbanashram.com.
  • International orders may incur additional shipping fees, calculated at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1–7 business days. Furniture items are generally shipped within 1–4 weeks from the processing date, depending on production timelines.


Delivery Scheduling

For freight shipments, our carrier will reach out to arrange a convenient delivery date and provide a four-hour window. Appointments are typically scheduled 24–48 hours in advance.

Delivery Options

Curbside Drop-Off (Default)

  • Carrier unloads item(s) at the curb, driveway, or designated loading area during your scheduled window.

White Glove Delivery

  • Unloading from the truck
  • Placement into your chosen room

Premium White Glove Delivery

  • Unloading from the truck
  • Placement in your chosen room
  • Full assembly of item(s)
  • Removal of all packaging and debris

If no option is selected at checkout, your order defaults to curbside delivery.


Inspection Upon Delivery

To ensure everything arrives in pristine condition:

  • Inspect your piece(s) thoroughly at the time of delivery.
  • If you notice any issues, do not proceed with assembly or installation.
  • Keep all original packaging and note the issue on the delivery documents provided by the carrier.
  • Contact us immediately at support@urbanashramhome.com.

Our Commitment to You

Your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. While damages or defects are rare, if your piece arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we will prioritize sending a replacement as swiftly as possible.

How to Report an Issue

  1. Inspect your items thoroughly upon delivery.
  2. Document any concerns (photos are highly recommended).
  3. Note issues on the carrier’s delivery paperwork.
  4. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@urbanashramhome.com.
  5. Our dedicated team will walk you through the next steps and arrange a resolution.
